Fortune Lounge Group expands live dealers
The Fortune Lounge Group is a marketing alliance of bunch of well known Microgaming casinos.
The Group currently comprises Royal Vegas, Platinum Play, 7Sultans, Vegas Palms, Vegas Towers and Desert Dollar, some of which have been operating for over a decade now and boast a suite of over 400 games from players to choose from.
But what about live dealer games I here you ask?
Well until now this group of casinos, which prides itself as including the leading Microgaming powered casinos only had one member offering live dealers…Royal Vegas.
Players at Royal Vegas must have been enjoying their live games (powered by Microgaming) because a few more group members have now decided to get on board the live gaming juggernaut.
That’s the good news.
The bad news is that finding the live dealer games at these casinos is every bit as confusing as it is at Royal Vegas. Sherlock Holmes would take a few hours to figure it out…I took longer plus a couple of live chat sessions with RV support.
No simple live casino page with easy to see ‘load game’ links. Nup. First you have to download the casino software, or open the instant casino, register a playing account and log in to the casino. You then ignore the intuitive options in the virtual casino lobby menu – ‘Games’ or ‘Games View’ and instead choose the ‘My Promotions’ button.
Finally, like the lost treasure of the Knights Templar, a link to the live dealer games is revealed.
But your quest isn’t quite over yet. When you click on the ‘Live Dealer’ link a browser based live casino page opens and prompts you to log-in (same username as password that got you into the casino lobby).
You hit ‘Enter’ and by this stage it wouldn’t surprise you if a cryptic clue appears on the next page that you must solve before being allowed to enter the live casino. Fortunately, instead you are presented with the live casino lobby and all that remains is to choose your game…live blackjack, baccarat or roulette, your dealer, cash-up and win some money!
