giocodigitale.it & bwin.it casino launch in italy

William Hill announced a couple of days ago that their AAMS licensed casino at Williamhill.it would be available to Italian players within weeks.

But theirs won’t be the first.

bwin.party shares jumped 6% Tuesday on that news that they have now launched a bunch of AAMS licensed brands for the Italian market.  On the poker side of things there’s PartyPoker.it and GdPoker.it.  For casino games including all the usual suspects; blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slots etc, there’s bwin.it and giocodigitale.it.

No sign yet of partycasino.it, or indeed a live dealer option at either bwin.it or giocodigitale.it which is available to players at Party Casino.  Like William Hill, Party Casino already have a live deal product that is AAMS certified (Evolution Gaming’s) so logic would dictate a live casino option bearing the AAMS seal being available to Italians soon at one of the bwin.party brands.

The Evolution Gaming product has even been tailored the Italian market, with local language dealers and a market specific roulette game, Venezia Roulette, already in operation.

A statement from company Co-CEOs Jim Ryan and Norbert Teufelberger suggested additional gaming options would be added soon.

“The launch of our casino offer in Italy should provide an exciting new revenue stream for us, and we look forward to leveraging our strong market position in other products over the coming months.”
