Bogart Casino is one of the handful of few live dealer casinos accepting US players. They are based (company and dealer studio) in Costa Rica where regulatory controls and avenues of player dispute resolution are weak. Further, the quality of their gaming product from a technological/playability point of view is inferior to the larger European/Asian based platforms.

Players outside the US that are able to choose alternative live casinos should probably exercise that option.
