Celtic Casino launched in December 2008 as the first online casino
using software from San Jose, Costa Rica based live gaming developer
Visionary
iGaming (ViG). The casino is owned by ViG but operated under
license by Costa Rican incorporated company Bravo Storm S.A.
Interestingly, ViG's founder and current CEO Martin Reimer was the CEO
of Vuetec Ltd before launching
his new operation.
While Celtic Casino does carry a limited RNG game range,
it is primarily a live dealer casino.

Accessing the live dealers: Being pretty much
a live casino pure play, the live dealer games are front and center on
Celtic's website and easily launched. Games can be played for free

interface and the video stream embedded within it all come courtesy of
ViG and their Costa Rican based dealer studio where the games are
conducted.
