Hey there Dealer...

Settings (top right) > My Settings > Edit Avatar

Just upload your chosen image and you're done. Any problems let me know.

Hmm, I am not blond, but anyway - I can not do it. I mean, I followed your instructions, but there is no line/tab/blank where I could upload a attachment. What I am doing wrong? And I can not take off the point before "Do not use an avatar". Is that the reason? :(
