When Stefanija knew I was annoyed about losing favourite dealers moving to Italian tables in February, she asked me to start talking to her & be her 'English tutor'.

Then she moved to Italian tables in May.. so she was already planning to leave English tables when she asked me !

It's fortunate I'm not at the casino on Italian tables because this sort of thing by the dealers really disappoints me.


I was sooo glad I didn't trust her false sympathy & start visiting her !

maybe its a bet365 roulette table for players with vip status only. i have bet365 and i dont have this table in my list.

Hi Bummy, just curious for the benefit of other players including judgedread if you have had any success regarding this.

Have you managed to find time to contact bet365 to see if it is a VIP bet365 table & what the betting requirements, etc are ?

Although I have reasons to suspect discussion about this table may now be redundant.





The front part of the image (the roulette table) is computer generated / added by Playtech on top of the actual camera feed.

I will resist the temptation to say FALSE like many things at Playtech ..... opps I said it anyway !

I believe this table is now called London roulette.

With a little flag on the roulette wheel to maybe convince players it is in the UK ???

Playtech brought in 4 male dealers from the UK to work on the table & so their English is much better.

The dealers are more professional also, talking about columns & rows, odds & evens etc. .. having worked in real casinos I assume.

I wonder how long such behaviour lasts ... before they just get sucked into protecting all those 1000's of secrets & rules ?


They also do not spend all their free time rolling the mouse wheel to read player chat to others dealers.

If You hate Playtech so much and badmouth a bunch of dealers just as often-when nothing is ever good for You there- why exactly are You going to the casino? Do You get some kind of a rush from it? a reason to vent about smth? Do You really have nothing better to do than just to annoy Yourself?

Another Dealer, remember that little boy at school who was nasty to you all the time...called you names, pulled you hair, stole your lunch etc? Chances are he really had a big crush on you.

My theory is that Unclefester has a similar love/hate thing going on

If you think of his negative comments as a kind of affection, then you realise just how much he likes you all!

Hi 'Another Dealer' welcome to the forum. Nice to communicate with you once again, even if just like this.

"hate Playtech so much" seems a strong choice of words from you, but it is a forum and you are entitled to your opinions just as I am free to express my criticism of Playtech.

I've certainly never said "nothing is ever good there".

There has only ever been 2 dealers I never cared for, but considering how many dealers Playtech has employed I don't think it is so high a figure ? - a couple more have disappointed me over time, but I guess that is just normal life as you learn more about people.

I will never change in my opinion that player chat to dealers should only be visible to the Pitboss, PA, other players and the dealer you are chatting with. Not for the amusement of other dealers to read hours later. It's not what the dealers are paid to do & it seems unprofessional. It's non of their business.

well if not that "nothing is ever good there" then certainly a lot of exaggerations about Playtech lies, conspiracies, etc (i dnt think that i ever heard you saying "wow, guys, that's nicely done, good job playtech, blah blah blah") Almost like it was our goal to do everything against You. well- it's not Personally, i like that we use nicknames- i like to keep work and my personal/private life seperate. You know that you are sane, but that's not the case with everybody. There have been situations, when a player has been standing at our front entrance and following dealers in public transport. ppl are different, obsessive, aggressive. almost every rule really has a reason. I do agree on the chat thing though.

I have complimented dealers many many times.
Playtech though is a big enough behemoth not to need, or worry, about compliments from me or any other player. Therein lies partly the root of its faults in my humble opinion.

I agree with you on nicknames, it's not an issue at all .... it wouldn't bother me if you were all called Fred !
