Question though...I was checking whether there were jurisdictional limitations on whether winner receives the car (or cash instead), and came across the following term...

In the event that the player wins the prize of one Mini Convertible, the player shall receive a cash sum of $25,000, estimated to be the value of the advertised car

So am I correct in understanding that the winner of this promo actually gets $25,000 (rather than the car) regardless of where they live?
They can then choose to buy the car....or anything else.

Hi LD, yes you are right. To avoid possible problems with availability, import taxes etc. a cash sum of $25,000 will be paid out. Imagine someone in the Malidives winning the Mini Convertible

It's a debatable topic whether saying you win $25,000 or a Mini is more enticing as a headline to players.

Personally I would be more drawn to a cash lump sum. My thoughts would be I already have a car (so would have to dispose of one of the cars if I won etc). So I'd rather be spending my casino time chasing (other) cash promotions...if you get my thinking.

You say the daily draw takes place at the Evolution general floor Blackjack Party table.

So we should assume other casino players are in the daily draw also

... otherwise there will be lots of players from other casinos asking about the draw & even more madness at the chaotic table .

Thanks for you feedback. I agree it's debatable.

And yes, players from other casinos will also be participating in this promotion. It's an Evolution Network promotion, but not all EVO casinos will participate.
