After showing off their wares to operators at ICE Totally Gaming, no surprise we're seeing a rush of new license deals and extensions.
Here are a few already announced....
Evolution Gaming will be licensing their games to peer-to-peer betting exchange operator Matchbook, with a 'full portfolio of Evolution Live Casino products for desktop, tablet and smartphone' going live by Q2 2017 for Matchbook customers.
Matchbook's Cian Nugent said of the deal...
----------------------------------------------------------Having recently completed the switch to our brand new platform, this is just the latest in a series of significant improvements to the Matchbook customer experience and a further signal of our intent in 2017 and beyond. Live casino has been a big area of growth for us in the last 12 months already and with Evolution recognised as a leader in live casino, and with this agreement Matchbook players will have increased opportunities to play different games and different tables, across even more devices
Playtech announced a multi-year extension of their partnership with Betfred before ICE stands had been packed up. The new deal will extend their (already decade long) partnership through 2020, suggesting a pretty happy relationship.
BetFred's MD Rakesh Chablani, described the deal as:
----------------------------------------------------------...a great way to start 2017. Playtech are one of our most important partners and enable us to offer our players the industry’s leading gaming experience.
Vivo Gaming have signed (in their words), 'a massive new deal with worldwide VLT games provider and operator Apollo Games'. The deal gives Apollo exclusive rights to distribute and resell Vivo Live Dealer Games in specific countries.
