According to Vivo Gaming’s ‘About Us‘ page, they’ve been in live dealer gaming for over 8 years now.
Who in fact they are isn’t disclosed. Nor is where they are. Under the heading, Live Studios WorldWide they neglect to mention where those studios are.
Under the heading Fair Gaming they boast that their, ‘operations fall under strict regulation of some of the world leading land based casino’. That casino is Naka Palace Entertainment Hotel Resort in Laos, which cannot possibly be considered one of the world’s leading land based casinos (as for strict regulation?). They do disclose that their gaming operations are regulated in Curacao (there’s an oxymoron in there somewhere).
Working on the principle that lack of transparency actually tells you a lot about an online operator, Vivo’s website is extremely enlightening.
Opaqueness aside they do have a very diverse game range and plenty of tables to choose from, including a craps table making them the first (and presently only) provider of a live dealer craps, if it does still exist (claimed and pictured on their website, but not available on their live games demo, nor at the 3 licensee casinos we tested).
