Live Casino announced today that they will be expanding their
broadcast schedule for live blackjack, baccarat and roulette, effective
immediately.
Like their competitor in the 'live for TV casino space' -
Super Casino - Smart have since
launch operated on a severely restricted broadcast time schedule, with
some of their games only available for as little as 3 hours per evening
on UK television and worldwide via the internet.
The new broadcast times see a significant increase in air time for both
blackjack and roulette, while baccarat remains somewhat limited.
The new times are as follows:

Roulette starts at 13:00GMT and runs until 06:00GMT
Blackjack starts at 14:00GMT and runs until 06:00GMT
Baccarat starts at 20:00GMT and runs until 23:00GMT
According to the casino's release to affiliates, the expansion was a
response to growing player demand and it seems they are not alone.
Earlier this week Celtic
Casino announced the move to 24/7 live gaming looking to tap a wider
international audience round the clock.
Obviously a more user friendly schedule is necessary for international
players not in the GMT time zone and will go some way to improving
competitiveness in offshore markets. To this end the casino has
also announced the introduction of Greek and Spanish speaking dealers to
cater to their growing European customer base.
The casino also recently announced that their affiliate system was back
on track after ironing out a number of bugs that made the program
temporarily unworkable.
No doubt their next goal will be to try and grow their television
distribution channels to keep pace with SuperCasino who pulled off a
somewhat controversial coup by getting their games up on UK's free to
air Channel Five. |
