BetFred (like Bet365) were one of the early adopters of Playtech's live deal format (taking vision from their Asian dealer studio). Also like 365 they are a pretty big concern as far as online casinos go...with a sizeable sportbetting operation. They are definately one of those brands that has too much invested in reputation to drop the ball on player issues. Their service is great and registration process not too complicated.
Just recently they changed their platform to Playtech's new European dealer studio which personally I thought to be a bit of a shame (not just because I had to update new details across the site!) but also because from a game range perspective, the older platform was more diverse, with plenty of baccarat variations. Most of Playetch's the new adopters of live dealers seem to be going for the European version which may soon make the Asian platform harder to find at big brand online casinos.
