To be honest I didn't find deal lag too much of a problem with the Celtic videos - and I always play on a slowish (usually below 1Mbps) connection. The video window is small though - maybe ViG mark-2 will have a full interface video like some of the bigger platforms.
Re the Celtic/ViG dealers...most I have encountered are genuinely entertaining as well as being proficient dealers.

CelticCasino.com was actually the first ViG casino licensee. Highlights: The live dealer casino games such as roulette, blackjack and blackjack with Early Payout V2.0 are some of the best in the industry. Like all reputable casinos they do require player identity verification for large deposits and withdrawals. The customer service is also decent with usually 2-3 hour turn around, but don't be surprised if it's immediate.
Things that they can improve on: They video quality is decent. There is some lag on occasion, but I think that is not longer a significant factor. The dealers are nice and professional.

Celtic Casino were one of ViG's early licensees. ViG's games and the casinos running them have been getting great feedback at forums we frequent and having played the games I can see why.
Corresponding with Celtic's management it quickly becomes obvious that they are very determined to provide outstanding service and establish Celtic as a leading live casino.
