Yes, I hear you. On the old trust/security/peace of mind scale I have trouble putting these guys in the same category as William Hill, bet365, Betfair etc. One factor I do hang my hat on is the fact that Ladbrokes have supported this platform for almost 5 years now.
Still, I do prefer my dealers Latvian and EU regulated!

Sorry...I just found it very difficult to trust an operation putting bikini clad dealers in front of a camera in a country with very loose regs.

I'm always very wary of any Costa Rica based operator simply because its a practically unregulated jurisdiction. Anything goes wrong and there's no UK Gambling Commission etc to turn to who can apply a big stick to the casino. Having said that, one thing that Casino Web Cam has in its favor is the fact that Ladbrokes have enough confidence in their platform and backend to adopt it as their live platform. I'm assuming Ladbrokes did the due diligence and probity work on this and it helps to some extent.
The games themselves are OK from a playability point of view. No bells or whistles and not exactly mind blowing, but easy enough to play and no complaints with the video quality. The game range is great but their lobby is very confusing. New games and old games as well as standard versus 3D format all make things a little confusing but not the end of the world.
Can't comment of customer service. Didn't play as an anonymous player, but rather as a portal owner with a view to reviewing so got the kind of treatment the restaurant reviewed gets at an eatery. For what its worth though that service was very fast and helpful :)
