Europa just recently added the new Playtech live TV games. These are presented like the Supercasino/Smart Live 'for television' games, with presenters and flashing graphics and game show look and feel.

No complaints about about the game interface. Runs on Playtech's European dealer room live platform and games look great and play really well with an awesome video stream.
Biggest complaint with this casino is the constant and very annoying popups that get in the way up until the point you have registered a playing account. Also very annoying (and misleading) is the live support pop-ups that simulate a support operator asking if you need help...it is soon obvious if you respond that these are automated messages.
To be honest, if you want to play this platform you're better off playing William Hill or BetFred where you don't get the spammy pop-ups and you have the piece of mind of dealing with large UK corporates.
Other wise I found customer support (ie a real person and not a bot) pretty quick to get back to me with issues
