The nature of this industry is that different operators have very different restricted territories lists. Unfortunately Paddy Power's is VERY long, and includes as you're already aware, Hong Kong and Canada.

I keep seeing cool promotions for Paddy Power's live casino at this site but can't seem to open an account. Was in Canada until a few months ago, now working in Hong Kong adn still no access! What gives!!
