Platfform/games are great and customer service isn't too bad, but their website is plagued with annoying pop-ups asking if you want to download the casino as you browse. They also have a doubly annoying (and deceptive) simulated live chat pop-up that makes you initially think that a live support person is offering assistance. In fact is a computer generated chat session that is misleading and makes me question the ethics of the operator.
Aside from this rant, actual customer service was reasonably responsive, payout speed fast and as I said above, no problem with the platform.
