Sounds to me like you me like you're playing the playtech powered casino and need a faster connection for the full screen video. Ideally you want 1.5Mbs+ for the full screen HD stream.
I would try their other casino (Evolution Gaming powered). It's more tolerant to slower connections - and as noted below you can play it from the account you already have open. Just have a flip through their website and you should be able to find a page with live casino games that look different to the ones you've been playing - these are the EG games.
If you are having trouble with these games also (freeze framing etc) then you really need a faster connection!

I like these games but whenever i try and play in full screen version i get automatically switched back to small screen video. I would prefer to play with the table and dealers in close-up view. Also where do they get these girls from? talk about fit!

Just a quick heads up... You can now play either the Evolution Gaming OR Playtech games FROM THE ONE PLAYING ACCOUNT at William Hill.
They've cleaned things up a a bit and have nice pages dedicated to either version off the same domain. A single login & funded account will get you access to all the games.
Aside from dealer/game look variety this gives you the benefit of massive limit range. Their Playtech live casino has limits down to 10p for roulette. The EG casino has limits to 80k.
All in all a pretty comprehensive offering now.

Hi James Thanks for dropping by and for your comment.
We like Evolution too - impressive interface and the dealers very professional. I take it played at William Hill Vegas' live casino - they run Evolution Gaming.
William Hill Casino Club use Playtech's Euro dealer platform which I have to say is very nice too (dealer studio is also Latvian by the way)

Hi norgs, thanks for your comment.
Yeah William Hill is a complicated one. Their Casino Club, run by William Hill Online (the WH Plc, Playtech JV) runs on Playtech and will continue to do so I imagine given the connection to software developer. Links to William Hill on this site are to the WH Casino Club.
They also have a site at http://casino.williamhill.com/ which runs Evolution Live games. Don't know why they run the 2 platforms but if i was a betting man i'd say that long term they'll go with the Playtech platform and be surprised if the Evolution license is renewed.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, if you want to play the live games pictured in the William Hill live casino review on this site, just follow the links on this site and you'll get to the right platform.
