Baccarat is a casino card game. In the game of Baccarat, players have a choice of 3 bets: Player, Banker or Tie. This version of Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards. These decks are shuffled regularly by the dealer. The objective of the game is to guess which of the 2 hands has a higher numerical value or whether it will be a tie.
An Ace represents a value of 1 while all picture cards and tens have a value of 0. The other cards (2-9) carry their face numerical value. If the total value of the hand is more than ten points, then the ten digit is ignored in order to obtain the Baccarat point value. Example: 5+5 = 10, but counts as 0.
The best hand is a two-card total of nine. This is called a "Natural". The second-best hand is a "Natural" 8. If the Player and Banker are dealt hands with the same numerical value, the game is a Tie. Otherwise, the hand with the higher total wins.
The dealer will deal 2 cards for the Player's hand and two for the Banker's hand: One to the "Player" first, then to the "Banker", then the "Player" then "Banker" again. If the value of either hand is 8 or 9 (a natural) then the hand is complete and no further cards are dealt.
Otherwise, a third card is dealt according to the rules below.
| Player's two cards total | Player | Banker's two cards total | Banker |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | Gets a third card | 0 | Gets a third card |
| 1 | Gets a third card | 1 | Gets a third card |
| 2 | Gets a third card | 2 | Gets a third card |
| 3 | Gets a third card | 3 | If the Player's third card is 8; Does not get a third card |
| 4 | Gets a third card | 4 | If the Player's third card is 1,8,9,10; Does not get a third card |
| 5 | Gets a third card | 5 | If the Player's third card is 1,2,3,8,9,10; Does not get a third card |
| 6 | Do not gets a third card | 6 | If the Player's third card is 6,7; gets a third card |
| 7 | Do not gets a third card | 7 | Does not get a third card |
| 8 | Natural, the hand is over | 8 | Natural, the hand is over |
| 9 | Natural, the hand is over | 9 | Natural, the hand is over |
At the end of the game, winnings are paid as follows:
| Winning Hand | Odds |
|---|---|
| Winning Hand | Odds |
| Banker (less 5% commission) | 0.95 - 1 |
| Player | 1 - 1 |
| Tie | 8 - 1 |
Baccarat Pair game rule is almost the same as that of Traditional Baccarat, the difference is that not only you can bet on Banker/Player wins, you can also bet on Banker Pair / Player Pair, that is, the first and the second card of the hand make a pair. In addition, Baccarat Pair has 2 more features which are the 2 Way and 3 Way.
"2 Way" is a short cut to place bet on both
"Banker Pair" and "Player Pair". Bet amount placed on "2 Way" will be amount
placed on "Banker Pair" and "Player Pair" respectively.
For example : if $5 amount was placed on "2 Way", this will cause a bet with $5
on "Banker Pair", $5 amount on "Player Pair", the total stake is $10. If the
result turns out to be either "Banker Pair" or "Player Pair", the payout will be
$55 while losing $5. If the result turns out to be both "Banker Pair" & "Player
Pair", then the total payout will be $55 + $55 = $110.
Same rule applied to "3Way". "3Way" is a short
cut to place bet on "Banker Pair", "Player Pair" and "Tie". Bet amount placed on
"3Way" will be amount placed on "Banker Pair", "Player Pair" and "Tie"
respectively.
For example : if $5 amount is placed on "3Way", this will cause a bet with $5
amount on "Banker Pair", $5 amount on "Player Pair" and $5 amount on "Tie", the
total stake is $15. If the result turns out to be both "Banker Pair" & "Player
Pair" together with a final result of "Tie", then the total payout will be $55 +
$55 + $40 = $150.
Banker Pair win,1:11 payout
Player Pair win,1:11 payout

Baccarat Premium has the same rules as that of Baccarat Pairs with the additional Card Peeking element. This extra feature offers players a more exciting feel as though the players are gambling in a real land-based casino.
The player who places the highest stakes on either Banker or Player at the virtual table is entitled to peek at the respective cards. If the situation arises where a player is entitled to peek at the cards on both the Banker and Player side, the card peeking feature on that deal will be made unavailable. The virtual cards will be opened automatically.
In the case of a card scanning failure, the card peeking feature on that deal will be unavailable, and virtual cards will be opened automatically.
The dealer starts dealing the first 2 cards facing down (the hole cards) on each side as usual.
The player, who places the highest stakes either on Bank or Player, has 10 seconds to finish peeking at the two hole cards. When the time is up, the virtual hole cards will be set face up automatically.
When all 4 cards are made face up, the fifth and sixth hole cards (if necessary) will be dealt to Player first then to Banker in reference with rules for taking a third card.
The said players representing Banker or Player have 7 seconds to peek at the last hole card. When the time is up, the virtual cards will be set face up automatically.
The dealer will unveil the physical cards after card peeking time elapses.
Finally, the deal result will be shown.
