These guys have been a US facing online sportsbook for some time, and recently added
live dealers powered by Global Gaming Labs. It's a pretty slick live games
platform that rivals some of the bigger names in the industry for playability
(UI intuitiveness, video quality etc). Other reasons we suggest you give
BetOnline a go:

Not our pick. Unresponsive with support. Slow with cash outs.
Other player comments suggest we are not alone here.
But hey, horses for courses. You might like them.

Blackjack
Note, this is a 'one-to-many' deal.
Only one hand is dealt which all players play. Required hit
cards are dealt to the center of the table and allocated to players
based on their play decisions.
If you prefer a traditional deal (7 seat table, players play
their hands in turn) try 5 Dimes below.

A note on live (online) casino options for American (US resident) players
Since the passing of UIGEA, US players have had their work cut out for them
finding online gambling sites accepting their custom. Many of the larger
online gambling operators, those with a significant terrestrial presence or
stock exchange listing and/or EU region license have pulled out of the of
the US market until such time as the legal position is clearer, or a licensing regime is introduced.
The list of casinos offering live dealer games is dominated by these larger
operators...probably due to the large investment and higher marginal cost of
offering this service to customers. Victor Chandler, Ladbrokes, bet365,
PartyGaming, Unibet, William Hill, BetFred, Microgaming, Playtech - all
heavyweights in the gambling/online gambling world, and all currently adopting a
no-US player policy.
As a consequence, finding a live dealer casino accepting US customers is not
easy...simply because there are not many of them. Although this may change in
the future with
developments in New Jersey, Delaware and other states choosing to legalize
online casino games in the wake of the
DOJ's softened online gambling stance.
