Playtech’s roulette TV…built for web

Former Miss Australia Jodie Geddes presenting Club Roulette

If you’re into the Roulette TV games, ala Supercasino or Smart Live Casino, then you might find this interesting.

Playtech, wanting to be all things to everyone when it comes to online gambling, have produced a range of ‘Live TV’ roulette games.  The range presently includes …Club Roulette, Roulette Royale and Double Action Roulette.

For those of you who have played roulette at the ‘TV casinos‘ then imagine the same kind of game-showy presentation and game features.  The presenters are all likely television types whose CV’s include stints at major networks like the BBC, Channel 5, Sky etc.

There are a couple of big differences though…

1. These games are NOT televised on any TV channels in the UK or elsewhere – they are purpose built for web.  As a result, anyone has access to them (sorry US players – except you guys) and the video can be tailored for delivery via web.

2. They are available 24/7 rather than on limited broadcast schedule – don’t need to spell out the advantages here!

Are they any good?

Depends very much on your gaming preferences I guess.  If you want small limits, game show like razzmatazz, your name popping up on the screen when you win for all players to see, then this could be for you.  If you are a more serious roulette player, I suspect you’ll prefer other live roulette games.

Preferences aside, game presentation is pretty slick and includes a very cool virtual-chip presentation of actual player bets on the table so you can see where all the action is each round.

Where to play?

A bunch of the E-Club Ltd casinos, including Europa already have these games on board.

Full game reviews, complete with videos on there way soon!
