Sorry, LD, I have to correct you, I am 100% sure that that was a thick Russian accent, as Polina is a Russian name and latvians ussually don’t have a “thick accent”, more like a mistaken stress time by time or mispronounced “r”. For you, of course, it would be impossible to hear the difference, but as Russian and Latvian languages are totally different (like english and chinese), so the accents are very different too. Just saying… 🙂
Hehe I’m in Australia. Youll have to forgive me but Latvian & Russian accents sound pretty similar to me 🙂
