Dublinbet adds a second casino live stream

In August 2010 I listened to Grant Frazer from Vuetec  speak about his company’s grand vision to eventually be streaming games from a number of different bricks and mortar casinos around the world.

At that that point in time, their Distance Gaming™ technology was being employed to take live vision from the tables within a single casino…the Fitzwilliam Card Club and Casino in Dublin and enabling players around the world play those games online at live casinos like Dublinbet and Lucky Live Casino.

It’s an ambitious plan, but the appeal of multiple casino streams is an obvious one. Aside from players having access to a wider range of games at any given time, there’s the novelty of being able to leave a table within a casino in Ireland, and join a table in a casino somewhere else in Europe (or the world) in matter of seconds…and clicks.

Looks like the grand vision is starting to take shape, as Dublinbet (Vuetec’s wholly owned live casino) have now added a second casino stream.

The casino is the  Palace Hotel & Casino in the Isle of Man, UK. The games being streamed are Roulette (single zero/European) and Baccarat (Punto Banco). Currently these games can only be played  between 4pm & 4am GMT Sunday to Thursday and 4pm to 6am Friday and Saturday. If you log on outside those times you can still access the games streamed from the Fitwilliam  (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack BSEP, Texas Holdem poker) which are all available 24/7.

You’ll notice the interface used for the new stream is identical to the old one, and games rules (Roulette at Palace versus Roulette at the Fitzwilliam; Baccarat at the Palace versus Baccarat at the Fitzwilliam) are identical. The noticeable difference of course is the video, and the casino action contained withing it!

As a footnote to this post, to celebrate the launch of their 2ndcasino stream Dublinbet are giving away a trip to the Palace Casino. The prize includes airfares for 2 from anywhere in Europe (outside Europe a €500 contribution towards flight will be given) 2-night stay in a luxury suites for 2 people including breakfasts and two 3-course evening meals, plus £250 of Palace Casino chips.
