Some Grand National cash to be had

casinoRace20K2Apparently there’s a rather large horse race on this weekend called the Grand National.

On His Own is quite literally on his own, as clear favourite with the bookies to win the 4+ mile steeplechase being run at Aintree this Saturday. A more adventurous bet would be a few quid on Mortimers Cross which is paying around 200/1 and which is more likely to try running through the fences than of over them.

If betting on horses isn’t your thing (does the term mugs game mean anything to you?), but being in the running for a little extra cash is…read on.

A couple of well know bookmakers…namely Ladbrokes and Paddy Power, have decided to take a small share of the millions they’ll rake in from punters over the Grand National weekend, and return it to their casino players.

Both are running turnover tournaments with some pretty decent cash awarded to their highest staking players. The Paddy’s offer applies to their live casino games (blackjack and roulette specifically) while at Ladbrokes you’ll have to take a trip down RNG lane to rack up points as their live games aren’t in play.

The Ladbrokes offer:

Until 7 April, every £1 wagered on their RNG table games gets you a single point, while every £1 wagered on their slot games gets you 20 points (there’s an indicator as to what sort of house edge you’re facing playing slots!). The top 100 point earners at promo’s end share in £20,000 as follows:

cash

Base rollover requirement on the prize money is 1x (higher for table games).

The Paddy Power offer:

Bit closer to our hearts this one, since you get the cash for playing live dealer games!

Each day (4, 5, 6, 7 April) Paddy’s will give their 20 highest staking (live roulette and live blackjack) players a share in £/€3,000. The daily winner gets £/€1,000!

And go Mortimers Cross…you no so good thing!
