Advance Notice on Promotions & Tournaments

Nothing annoys me more than stumbling across a really juicy live casino promotion, only to find on further inspection that it has just closed.

Actually this isn’t entirely true. On a flight yesterday the kid behind me was kicking the back of my seat. This happened for 2 hrs and 45 minutes. I’d tell him to stop. He would for about 1 minute. Then back on again. Would rather have been water-boarded for those 2 hrs and 45 minutes.

Something  else I find pretty annoying is world leaders who are all smiles hosting the Olympics one week, then busy to invading a neighbouring country the next. But this isn’t a political blog. Nor is it one offering advice on how to deal with a case of ADHD on a plane without getting arrested.

So back to our promotions pickle and a novel solution now provided over at William Hill’s live casino.

Like so many great ideas, this one is ridiculously simple. Rather than putting up details on the promotion/tournament on the day it goes live, give a bit of advance warning of upcoming promotions.

No it’s not rocket science. But you’d be surprised how few casinos do this. It’s almost as if they want players to miss the opportunity.
