Which casino are you talking about? Dealer doesn’t decide who wins and loses…this is automated. If you have an issue I suggest you get in contact with casino support. In future probably best to ask the pitboss when an issue occurs so they can address it on the spot.

But again…the situation you describe is highly irregular.
