While playing at Fairway today a player joined the table and the dealer (who had been speaking to me in fluent English) immediately welcomed the new player in fluent Spanish.

So 2 points:

1. dealers are aware of players’ chosen interface language
2. dealers are smart cookies and also speak Spanish (no big surprise given they’re Costa Rican – I wonder how their Korean is!)
