Another acquisition for Betsson

Hot on the heals of Betsson's Netplay TV purchase, they have splashed out with another acquisition.

This time it's Spanish licensed Premier Casino, at a cost of EUR 3.0 million.

Premier Casino holds a local (Spanish) license for online sports bets and casino games, and has a claimed 260,000 registered customers.

The move continues Betsson's strategy of regulated market expansion by acquisition.
