It might be currently winter in Europe and very cold in the US, but live dealer games are just beginning to warm up stateside.

Following news last month that Authentic Gaming will stream live tables from a US casino to online players.

This is the first online live dealer version of the poker game in America :cool:.

The newest game takes the current table tally to 7 with plans to open more in the new future. Like the early days in Europe it's still not a 24/7 service (they still have a long way to go yet :p).

The GoldenNugget live dealer tables are now operational for the extended times:

Sunday to Thursday 3PM - 3AM EST

Friday & Saturday 12PM - 3AM EST

Curious that apart from Golden Nugget online (and Betfair NJ) no other New Jersey (or Delaware) online casinos have gone down the live dealer path.

Don't hold a lot of hope for the Delaware operations...harringtongamingonline.com and doverdowns.com probably have more pressing priorities, like building websites that don't look something from 1998.

But would have thought the New Jersey online casinos (eg Tropicana, Harrah's, Caesars/888, Borgata) would be moving faster on this.
