Ball track on Playtech roulette wheels

One thing I've noticed lately is the wheels in Playtech's Euro versus Asian studios have a very different ball track.

The ball seems to spin much longer on the Euro studio wheels (around 20s) before coming to rest, compared with the Asia studio wheels (around 10s). Of course the dealers' ball launch is a factor...but cannot account for a consistent difference.
