A day in a dealers life

At Paddy Power's live site there are some 'A day in a dealers life' etc. videos where you can see a few Playtech behind the scenes clips - shufflers with cards, makeup room etc.

In one of the videos Sonia mentions Italian and makeup courses. But not how they are all taught to respond with the same answers to player questions about getting tips, smoking, being married / engaged, how they are really feeling, etc ! :rolleyes:

It is also funny how in the videos you see clips of Riga, and even the word Riga appears on screen.

But we know the dealers are also not allowed to say they are in Riga ;)

I suppose the dealers will now say the videos are a smoke screen and they are really not even in Latvia :D

Yep, the big RIGA name is on the top of the most highest Riga clock at the very centre of the city... Funny indeed.

When I saw these video - my first thought was that some Players will indeed appreciate how much you can sneek a peak in the behind scenes...
At one point, there is Cristina, who is playing UNO at the stuff room with some other Croupiers - it is the most often scene you can see in those brakes, when Cristina is there. Just saying. Nice to see it also in a video... :)

Btw, Evolution has no Problem to say that they are located in Riga. They using realnames. Only Playtech has with everything a Problem. Dont know why..

Is that really that big problem if you dont know exactly which city casino is and what are the dealers real names!? Does that change anything in game?

I don't think Playtech is bothered what you or other players consider fair.

I must admit I do find the obvious smugness of some dealers annoying when you know they are telling you things that are complete LIES.

Some dealers seem to think they are so clever players believe what they say. If they realise you know it's not true, that's when their attitude towards you as a player becomes more hostile.
