US players lose a live dealer option
5Dimes were one of the very few online casino out there offering live games to American players, but this is no longer the case.
Received notification that they are no longer offering their Global Gaming Labs powered live casino games - a bit of a blow for US players
Waiting for more information on why they pulled the pin (or had it pulled for them).

CWC...Pirated Oracle etc...
I was told by the CTO Michael McConnell and he showed me the pirated DVD of the Oracle Database he had installed with the knowledge of the Owner Chris Piche who told me he did not want to pay the close to 100K for the Enterprise version and usage.
I was told by the Flash Developer Rasmus Norve that the Adobe Flash Server was also a pirated copy as did former tech Michael Hammond of CWC who successfully sued Chris Piche the owner in Canadian Courts for non payment of severance (Public Record).
The owner Chris Piche also in a sworn deposition in US Nevada Courts told the Court that the Oracle Databse as used by his company had 'errors' and seemed to blame his Cheif Tech at the time Michael McConnell for these 'errors'.
Nevada Court Link Record Copy Link...Use Google CWC vs i2 Corp Oracle
[T]he court finds that the CWC defendants have abused the discovery process through a pattern of delay, evasiveness and non-compliance with this court orders. Such behavior has forced plaintiffs to invest a substantial amount of time, effort and attorneys fees in a continuing attempt to obtain relevant and useful discovery. Despite repeated document demands and court orders, and repeated assurances that all responsive documents were being produced, the CWC defendants have still not produced relevant and responsive documents during the more than 2-year discovery period.
I wish to underscore that these errors also reside in the database that is used by CWC, not just the copies that were produced in response to discovery requests in this action. The errors resulted from one or more separate events occurring during the time Michael McConnell was in charge of our database (McConnell is no longer with our company): (1) a crash that occurred in early August 2009, when our server lost power while writing to its disk drives; and/or (2) several instances when the Oracle database ran out of disk space while writing to its disk drives. ¶ 5.) Piche explained that "though we could have attempted to fix these errors on the original database, we did not do so, because counsel advised us not to modify the database before producing it for this litigation."
It is I believe Ladbrokes responsibility to know about Piche / CWC and they ought to know about this.
