Ball launch and closing bets

Perhaps the question arises because he/she is looking for the best place to apply some visual ballistics skills (if so, good luck!).

Regardless of motivation, from a quick comparison of recorded videos, the (studio) table at Portomaso appears to have the latest closing bets - going well into ball launch. Although this may be distorted by any lag that may exist on the video stream.

Any thoughts / opinions welcomed on where the latest closing bets on a live roulette table (or at least 5 seconds+ after ball launch) may be found...
