    Celtic casino

    Attention!Celtic casino does not behave well.
    Some time ago the money disappeared from my account without making bets, I repeat: DISAPPEARED.I wrote to customer support but seeing that I received no response I rewrote.In all 3 letters.Have passed the 48 hours (many more) that I should've gotten a reply.ANYTHING.Not even deign to tell me what had happened, not a word.

    They've always been very responsive to any queries of mine. I'll give their casino rep on the forums a heads up and maybe he can help address your concens

There is no reason why your account has dissapeared, we would love to set this right for you! As you may be aware we had an issue with a distributed attack on our servers that resulted in a temporary inaccessibility.

    Hi Tommm, Curious about what actually ended up happening with your account. I saw that the casino rep got back to you, and am wondering if they were able to help you.

    I wanted to give an update on this topic. We tried contacting this player for some time now to see what the problem was exactly and try to find a solution for this but sadly he never appeared.

    We are glad to help in any way but we cant do anything if he never responds to our emails. Thanks everybody!
