    'Missing' Playtech Dealers

    MIA (missing in action)

You know you miss them, but do you know where your favourite Playtech dealers are now ?

Although NOT exhaustive & hopefully other members will update the list & post images.

These dealers all moved from English tables to work on the Italian speaking tables:-

    1st group moved Feb 2012 -

Zane (now not dealer), Nikola (now not dealer), Elena, Olga, Keita, Vija (now not dealer)

Edvins (now left, at Evolution), Violeta (now married lives Norway), Skaidra (now not dealer, PA)

Maija, Jana (now left), Viktoria, Emilija (left, returned as Inta), Magdalena (now CSR), Carlo (now left), ...

    later, after Feb 2012 -

Aurora, Lana, Arta, Mia, Zanda, Stefanija (now left), Sonia (now married), Elizabete (now married)+Robins......

(In the future I suspect some dealers may move to Spanish tables. So if any members want to get asking their favourite dealers if they are learning Spanish & post the names ..... it would help with compiling a possible Spanish speaking tables list)

I recommend reading news thread .... Williamhill.it ....for opinions & background surrounding this!

From my little experience of Evolution casinos - this losing of favourite dealers was not such a big problem because they hired NEW Italian speaking dealers & will, I guess do the same for Spanish dealers...

Perhaps they had more common sense than Playtech & tried to keep old regulars players happy !

But, If any member with more experience of the Evolution platform could confirm or deny this ?

Unclefester, I think you're correct re Evolution's approach...that was certainly the message they were spreading when they announced their AAMS certification...
Evolution has headhunted the best and most experienced native speaking Italian dealers from land-based casinos...
From a player (at their English tables) perspective I certainly haven't noticed a big exodus from the general (all casino access) floor. Even the dealers in the dedicated rooms seem to be largely new recruits. Harder to keep track of here because of the sheer number of dealers...plenty of new faces every time you log in so perhaps quite a few have moved on and I just haven't noticed.

Lets face it though. Regardless of moves to foreign language tables or dedicated rooms or wherever, high staff turnover at these studios is inevitable. I would think that for many of the dealers this is a temporary earner rather than a career...most that I chat with are studying at university or doing some kind of course.

This have nothing to do with the Playtech floor. These games in Spanish will be situated in the Evolution floor. So if some Dealer on the Playtech floor is saying, that she/he learns Spanish at the moment - it is just a coincidence. I swear.

    Thanks for adding some names.
I could recognise some of these, but couldn't remember their names. Apologies to those dealers !

Yes of course you are right, it's just that to lose so many dealers in a week, as they are transferred 'en masse' to other tables.
Without no explanation to players, and the studio actively tries to prevent discussion & hide the fact !

It's especially galling that from some tables you can see other language tables & sometimes spot favourite dealers.

Personally, If I knew a dealer was leaving the studio that would seem so much more acceptable & final. Infact, I would be genuinely pleased for them to move on & make progress in their life, rather than to discover they are still there but you are no longer able to chat.

They did not took the dealers from English tables. They offered the option to work on Italian tables and the Dealers are choosing it voluntarily. Nobody is forced.

Yes, they have a free choise to move back, if they want. Why should they? Working on Italian tables is an opportunity and not a punishment or smth... It's like moving on, why should they step back?
