    Hi Black, welcome.

Well she has been busy with her University work, and then talking about a holiday.

She was working mostly late peak shift so not hard to find her when at work.

    ---

Officially dealers are not allowed to tell players they are leaving, how many days they are off work etc.

The Playtech studio just wants players coming back everyday looking for favourite dealers. They don't seem to realise how treating players like that can be so annoying and so they stop going to the casino.

Hi Unclefester, thanks for your reply.

I knew that she had to do a study and holiday period, but from what I understand from other dealers that you have changed or left the casino where I play.
Obviously, other dealers can not say this information. But I realized that she with other dealers have left or changed.
I had lost my mind for her, I talked with her for so long and now I do not see it anymore and I feel bad. I hope to see you again soon.

Yes Black ... you can stop looking for her.

She's still working there, but not as a dealer anymore.

Not the news you wanted to hear sorry.

To be Fair, a lot of dealers have quit Playtech in the last two months. It's been hard on the other dealers taking more shifts etc.
    But I hear ya Unclefester......
I have lost some of my favourite dealers to Italian tables and to other places withing ELT. I am still trying to find a way to get on Italian tables.
    Any ideas?

Regarding access to Italian tables ... for more discussion about it ... see the Italian thread here.

But no, it's not 'officially' possible if you use your own details.

If you ever see a player called smoje at the tables you could try asking him how he managed to access the Italian tables (from Spain, where Playtech players are supposedly limited to just Spanish tables ... well those casinos complying).

Yeah... i have tried a lot of those things, nothing worked.
Anyways, am sure you have heard that they are also opening russian tables now.
so, probably some russian dealers will soon be going away too

Russian is an easy option for the Latvian studios to provide. So many of the dealers are Russian, and the Latvian dealers know Russian.

They can just rotate dealers from English tables onto a Russian table etc.

It's not the same as when they have to find dealers willing to learn Italian. Then because of the time and money invested in teaching the dealer they move to work only (mostly now) the Italian tables.

I'm not sure if Playtech will find so many dealers willing to learn Italian in the future. Previously dealers did it to get the higher Italian salary compared with the several months good scores required to achieve Diamond Dealer status etc. But the studio has lowered the bar now, and permanent dealers only need 1 month 'ticking all the correct boxes' to improve status.

Yeah but f.e. ive heard about some fired dealers because on players demand. One dealer from Unibet told me that

Unibet uses Evolution dealers, NOT Playtech as in this thread. They have different sets of guidelines, pay structures and ways of monitoring the dealers.

Of course players can't demand a dealer is fired. All a player can do is make a formal complaint which may be investigated if the studio/ casino thinks is worthy or so desires.

I do think there is a slight issue though of having ex dealers (CSR's etc), and therefore close friends of some dealers then monitoring and scoring the dealers performance. It made me smile when I saw a male Playtech dealer become dealer of the month shortly after a female 'friend' became a CSR.
