US players lose a live dealer option

5Dimes were one of the very few online casino out there offering live games to American players, but this is no longer the case.

Received notification that they are no longer offering their Global Gaming Labs powered live casino games - a bit of a blow for US players

Waiting for more information on why they pulled the pin (or had it pulled for them).

    another update from 5 Dimes...

The only word we have so far is that a live blackjack network is expected to be available within weeks. Please feel free to contact us back if you have any questions or comments.

Probably have to try someone like Bovada, maybe Bodog88 (Philippines if you can access via usa doubtful) or Betinternet (CWC supplied Live Dealer).

Although I was told by a representatives of CWC that their Oracle Database and Flash Server were pirated copies so it's up to you how comfortable you feel playing with them .

Hi King12, welcome to the forums.

Bodog88 won't take US players. Just checked with Betinternet and neither do they.

Last I checked Bovada didn't have live dealers.

There is Betphoenix but can't exactly give them a glowing endorsement. Couple of years ago when I was asking them questions about their platform, license, accepted players policy etc, I was told that I was asking too many questions! Not exactly the response you're looking for from an company you're considering depositing money with! Most sportsbetting forums I checked seem to give them an OK wrap though so I've left them on the site.

Also if you're a blackjack player there's is a one to many version, not 7 seat.

I'm sure Ladbrokes would be interested to hear those claims about CWC that their Oracle Database and Flash Server!

US Live Dealer + CWC Pirated Oracle DB

The only 'reputable' option nowadays for Live Dealer USA Players is Sportbook.com (Patrick's outfit in Costa Rica)...

    global.sportsbook.com/en/live-casino

    CWC...Pirated Oracle etc...

I was told by the CTO Michael McConnell and he showed me the pirated DVD of the Oracle Database he had installed with the knowledge of the Owner Chris Piche who told me he did not want to pay the close to 100K for the Enterprise version and usage.

I was told by the Flash Developer Rasmus Norve that the Adobe Flash Server was also a pirated copy as did former tech Michael Hammond of CWC who successfully sued Chris Piche the owner in Canadian Courts for non payment of severance (Public Record).

The owner Chris Piche also in a sworn deposition in US Nevada Courts told the Court that the Oracle Databse as used by his company had 'errors' and seemed to blame his Cheif Tech at the time Michael McConnell for these 'errors'.

Nevada Court Link Record Copy Link...Use Google CWC vs i2 Corp Oracle

[T]he court finds that the CWC defendants have abused the discovery process through a pattern of delay, evasiveness and non-compliance with this court orders. Such behavior has forced plaintiffs to invest a substantial amount of time, effort and attorneys fees in a continuing attempt to obtain relevant and useful discovery. Despite repeated document demands and court orders, and repeated assurances that all responsive documents were being produced, the CWC defendants have still not produced relevant and responsive documents during the more than 2-year discovery period.

I wish to underscore that these errors also reside in the database that is used by CWC, not just the copies that were produced in response to discovery requests in this action. The errors resulted from one or more separate events occurring during the time Michael McConnell was in charge of our database (McConnell is no longer with our company): (1) a crash that occurred in early August 2009, when our server lost power while writing to its disk drives; and/or (2) several instances when the Oracle database ran out of disk space while writing to its disk drives. ¶ 5.) Piche explained that "though we could have attempted to fix these errors on the original database, we did not do so, because counsel advised us not to modify the database before producing it for this litigation."

It is I believe Ladbrokes responsibility to know about Piche / CWC and they ought to know about this.

As far as I can tell the American website referred to doesn't have live dealers.

As an aside, Sportsbook.com does allow US players. They have two different sites, one uses HoGaming for Live Dealer and is for the euro market (global.sportsbook.com/) and one is for the US market (sportsbook.ag/).
Correct...but the US facing site does not have live dealers. And the site with live dealers doesn't accept US players.

So basically...no live dealers for US players

Sportsbook is Licensed & Reputable with a long track record as one of the largest Gaming sites on the Net.

Where is CWC Licensed out of? Oh yeah CWC does NOT possess a White List License.

Given the losing record in Court + Contempt of Court & Arrest of Piche the Owner of CWC it is unlikely that CWC and/or Piche will qualify for a White List License

How's the Divorce of Piche going looks messy...like most other Law Suits his involved in...hows' the R.I.C.O Suit with Mel going, does not look good for Piche...
