    tatanes, what is your connection speed? I mean - is it fast enough to play the live games, without any issues? Have you read this usefull information? The video quality which Playtech is offering for their customers is excellent. The issue is that the Players have not fast connection enough, and instead of taking care of this, they are only moaning. Well, for me it is really annoying...

    Do not understand why they get so angry with me The dealer . It is only an opinion and precisely because I am a customer of playtech.
    Answering their questions: I have an atomic connection, the better the market, I have to light a plant house so if I go light I have 20 minutes to reset my game concret in the roulette.
    The connection information read it since I joined this forum (about 2 years)
    Maybe it can not explain in English, but not about speed ..., the screen begins to generate tables as when a television is not quite right ... I noticed that in the 2 players chat Eurogrand what I observed and exposed him chatting.
    And I'm not a person who walks complaining, is just an opinion I expressed as a forum member and as a customer of many casinos that use Playtech software, I love this forum and I make an effort because although they can speak English are I can not compete with you or the administrator nor members sincerely appreciate as "unclefester"

    I'm SURE that 'The Dealer' is NOT angry with YOU.

    'The Dealer' is a long serving employee of Playtech & maybe just took criticism of Playtech too personal this time.

    No harm was done, there are much worse things in life to cope with.

    I'm certain many other members, like me, appreciate you taking time to contribute to the forum

    That video was working for players, but that chat wasn't working for other players also,... does suggest there was some technical / software problem at Playtech's side & not every other players side. As 'judgedread' seems to have had confirmed by another dealer.


    Video feed is much more demanding on resources than just sending chat, so it's much more likely that video wouldn't be working properly if it was an issue with the players internet connection.


    Regarding customer /technical support, that can be a major headache depending on which casino you belong to. I had 2 conversations with William Hill regarding my on screen nickname, the second lasting ~ 40mins & they still were unable to solve my problem.

    tatanes1, I am not angry! Not at least on you... I just asked, what connection speed you have and so on. As it turned out, you have a good one, and your issue did not had nothing to do with the speed. It could be the case, that why I asked.

    supefcb, if your chat was not working, how can you know that other Players chat was not working too? Maybe you were the only one, who could not see the chat?! As your chat did not worked, where do you got from the confirmating of others ?

    Actually, I asked about this around the Delaers, and they said that there really was some specific chat issues at the end of August/start of September, and they tooked some few days for the IT staff to get read with them. But they did! So - should work now. Hope so...

    Hmmm, speaking about the Custumer Support, my guess is that their risponses are delayed sometimes, because they don't know all the answers too. If there is some specific cases, like that wierd chat issue, first of all they have to get the info from Playtech. If I am not wrong (could be, of course), each Casino Site have their own Custumer Support staff and they are located all around Europa, our floor - at Latvia, the other one - at Philippines, Playtech is located at Isle of Man (headquarters), UK, Estonia, Sweden, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Israel. Maybe the actual issue is the communication disorder between all those spots - Playtech, floors, each Casino CS?!

    Hello to you (The Dealer) Thanks for your answer about the chat problem. Yes I think, that the problems are over now. Well at that time my chat was not working, the dealer could not talk with other players too. It was really quiet in the casino. So I think it was a general chat problem. But thank you for your help. Have a nice start in the weekend.
