US facing Live Dealer + CWC Oracle and Flash

I don't know wtf that CWC guy is on about because CWC in Costa Rica did not pay some of it's own staf such as former Pit Boss Christian, some Dealers and Roberto the former Tech Guy who was attacked by the owner than thrown out on the Street, none of these CWC people got their severance when they left or were terminated.

Furthermore CWC was raided by the Justice system via a Law Suit by it's former Tech Roberto and were forced to pay him some 25K+ USD of Severance they owed.

The Owner of CWC has many lawsuits and is a Defendant with a losing track record in Canadian Courts so wtf is that guy from CWC on about is that Michael McConnell from CWC the CTO?

I just noticed this thread and had to clarify a couple of things.

Regarding 5Dimes and Global Gaming Labs, the big rumour around Costa Rica is that they are shutting down their operations. There is a new studio that just opened up to fill that gap but they don't operate 24 hours and have very few tables.I know they've had trouble hiring dealers as well. It's not that easy to get started but if they're successful, I'm sue we will hear about them.

As far as the allegations about Oracle and Flash all the names quoted on this thread (with the exception of course with our owner) no longer work for CWC Gaming. There is a reason why they no longer work here and there is also a reason why there was a large dispute over severance. CWC has operated and been managed by a completely new team in the past 3 years and none of the people mentioned in the thread took part in any of these changes. There has been quite a few changes not only in management and technical staff, but also in software and capabilities. A lot of things were not operating as they should have been and they have been corrected and improved. As far as Ladbrokes goes, keep your eyes open for some changes to their Live Dealer page in the coming months!

We have acquired a great list of new licensees all launching within the next few months. We have a brand new website and together with that we plan quite a few announcements for the rest of this year.

In order to clarify anything you must provide clear statements and evidence of it.

If you represent CWC simply post the Enterprise Level Oracle Database License Certificate her and/or on your website...

Same for Adobe Flash Server Software if you use it.

However you simply addressed former employees but had nothing to say about the Pirated Software (Oracle Database) issue raised by Michael McConnell ex CTO.

Can you speak specifically and prove the Oracle Database used to track player + Game Data is Non-Pirated?...

I will address all your points directly on here so there is no doubt that we have absolutely nothing to hide. You seem to really like the name-dropping, unfortunately for you, none of the people named work for CWC currently nor have they for at least 5 years. In addition, I am actually not located in Costa Rica--or from there for that matter. But thanks for the "Pura Vida" on your last message.

1) Chris Piche is not addressing this personally as he is quite a busy person and trusts that he has hired people competent enough to deal with this without his direct involvement.

2) As I've mentioned repeatedly, Michael no longer works for CWC. He worked for us only for a few years and he is not involved with CWC or with Chris in any capacity and hasn't for more than 5 years now.

3) ViG is most certainly another provider of Live Software and we happen to target very different markets. CWC has seen quite a bit of growth in the Asian market throughout our history. Evolution and Playtech do a formidable job but they target mostly European countries. As far as Bodog goes, they have their licensees and we have ours--we have worked with our Licesees in Asia for many years and have great relationships with them.

4) Ladbrokes has been quite busy with their Sportsbook re-launch (as anyone in the industry would know) and have delayed all development elsewhere on their site. Our Agreement with Ladbrokes stands and we have a great relationship with their new casino management.

5) This will not be posted for privacy reasons as I am sure you knew when you asked us to post it

6) These 'disputes' that you mention are no longer standing. It's also worth noting that, although I am not Costa Rican, I don't really appreciate the derogatory manner in which you use the word "Tico" throughout your post.
--CWC does not have an office in Ottawa and we never had.
--none of the people you mentioned have worked for CWC for at least 5 years
--Chris is most certainly not under arrest nor has he ever been in Canada or anywhere else for that matter. This would be public record, so if you do have proof of this, maybe you can post it here? In addition, any outstanding lawsuits would also be public record in which case you could also post all of those that you mentioned as well?

Yes it does seem that Chris is busy with his rather messy it appears Divorce / Family Law proceedings with "Margaret".

Just to be sure since you seem oblivious to all the Legal Lawsuits I will list them here with Case numbers, I'm sure Chris will appreciate your request for clarity via list of Lawsuits that he and/or CWC have or are involved in...

So can you categorically confirm that CWC uses an Enterprise Authentic Licensed Oracle Database? Since Michael McConnell your ex-CTO told me CWC uses a PIRATED Oracle Database Copy and that he had it installed under Piche's direction and full knowledge.

Whether or not these employees have left the company is IRRELEVANT to the issue of Software PIRACY!!!

Further Ladbrokes have since 2009 chosen Evolution as their Primary Live Dealer + I am sure that even you Marvin will have noticed a significant drop in License Fees from Ladbrokes prior to Evolution being the primary Live Dealer listed in front of CWC.

The Asian Licensees of CWC seem to be smaller bit players vs Playtech, Bodog & Mico Gaming Asian Licensees, how did the Micro Gaming deal work out for Chris? It seems Micro Gaming have their own Live Dealer Studio in competition with CWC!

I am afraid you are mistaken again--I am not Marvin and he does not work for CWC anymore. Unfortunately, I do not believe we have had the pleasure of meeting so there is no way you will be able to pretend you know what you are talking about or whom you are speaking with.

As for your other claims and statements, I will let you mull over your apparently very old and very complicated personal feelings about CWC and its management. It is quite obvious to see from your comments on this thread and others that you have some strong personal feelings regarding Chris and of course, this has nothing to do with our business. In particular, it is interesting to note your special interest in Chris's traffic tickets and divorce case as these clearly have nothing to do with his business.

I can guarantee that we comply with all licensing for Flash, Oracle and a host of other services that we use on our servers.

I am going to consider this issue dealt with and replied to as you seem to not be willing to listen to reason and continue to make claims about old and expired cases--and at times personal cases that have nothing to do with the business.

I hope you have a great time in Nevada and I'm sure you will say hi to Chris if you do happen to see him there. (For reference, the case referred to here is a patent troll case that Chris has been dealing with for a few years now. Most licensees and other companies they have targeted have chosen to pay them off rather than deal with proceedings, but CWC is not infringing on their patent and we are choosing to demonstrate this in court)

It's clear from your statements that you lack credibility first ignoring the issue of Software Piracy than much later on issuing a blanket statement without any proof.

[1] Michael McConnell the ex-CTO of CWC showed me the backups of the Data he made of CWC's Systems it CLEARLY shows a PIRATED ORACLE DATABASE in use.

[2] The Same PIRATED Oracle Database portion was submitted to a US Federal Court & Judge in Nevada USA earlier this year.

[3] Michael McConnell also showed me some of the Recordings of Voice Calls, Cam's of in person meetings both in Costa Rica & Panama between him & Chris Piche which clearly show Chris Piches knowledge and evasion of legal proceedings and the Software used.

[4] That's right Michael McConnell made Data backups & recording of Piche as an Insurance Policy against Chris Piche...

[5] Michael McConnell even knows the details of the Bank Accounts used offshore by Piche in Panama.

[6] Michael McConnell shared this information with me, Bill.

[7] Bill Alexander Graham is the former Operations Manager employed by Chris Piche / CWC where they used his business License and Bank Account in Costa Rica.

[8] Bill Graham a US Citizen has a "dispute" with Chris Piche over some $80K+ other matters.

[9] US Citizens are allowed to file R.I.C.O suits which I Bill fully intend to do and serve on Piche soon.


Piche & CWC are UN-Licensed operators using Pirated Software ( I was told and witnessed the evidence presented by Michael McConnell the ex-CTO) and I Believe this to be True.

CWC has failed to present any proof whatsoever to the contrary here or to me in this very serious matter, a Certificate from Oracle is all that's needed

Furthermore I believe and public Court Records indicate that Piche was Arrested & Jailed in the United Pacific Capital Case vs Piche & CWC.


The so called personal lawsuits do have an impact on CWC and Creditors and Judgement holders who collect based upon the individuals assets which in a Divorce Case a typically frozen and/or the Spouse (Margaret in this case) has primary rights to, in BC 50-50 despite any Pre-Nup after 10 years of Common-Law relations.

It seems Piche has replaced his high paid employees with lower paid ones understandably given the fact that Piche's / CWC largest License Ladbrokes chose Evolution as their Primary Live Dealer significantly reducing Piche's / CWC's License Revenues...

...and the on-going loss of Sole provider Live Dealer status by CWC to some Asian Licensees who have added other Live Dealer Providers plus the loss of Costa Rican Licensees such as 5 Dimes a long time good paying Licensee of CWC to newer competitors has reduced revenues significantly to Piche / CWC.

This is self evident to anyone with a little industry knowledge and / or any reasonable observer / analysis.

Last but not least given Piche's / CWC reputation in the industry with the long list of Lawsuits and other matters such as the dispute with Bill Alexander Graham it comes as no surprise that Piche / CWC has missed out on deals with major Licensees like those Evolution scoped under Piche's watch while he tried to sell Licensees to major companies he failed miserably vs his competitors and now in the Asian market Playtech, Bodog, Evolution and others are taking increasing market share from Piche / CWC.

With the Patent Judgement coming in the i2Corp Mel case this would be a further blow to Piche / CWC given Piche's choice to fight this, lose and pay far more than settling for far less. Instead of settling like Playtech a Billion dollar company did, Piche has lost yet another Law Suit..., real smart hehehe.

Piche has only himself to blame for this and no one else in the series of serious errors in judgment on his part.
