    Live casino ratings

If you play live games (as I imagine most of you do) then you've no doubt had both positive and negative experiences at your chosen casino(s).

As well as telling us about it in the forums, you can now publicly express you pleasure or displeasure by way of our new rating system.

Each casino review page (accessed via live casino list ) now lets you score that casino.

It's very simple to do...just hit the blue submit user review button...

and you'll be taken to the review/rating area where you can
    • score various aspects of the casino (0 to 100) using the sliders; and/or
    • add an overall star rating (1 to 5); and/or
    • add your comments...

Be brutally honest...if they suck let us know. If you think they're great share that also.

But remember this isn't about whether you won or lost...that's a different consideration altogether. It's more about quality of the service offering.

A broad guide to the slider categories...

    • Games: range, variety, look & feel, video quality, interface features, availability of live dealer games
    • Dealers: how professional? how engaging?
    • Support: how accessible? how fast? how helpful?
    • Promotions: specific to their live games…how often? how generous?

Ratings then flow to through to other areas of site, like top rated casinos page and top casino list in site footer.

I'm afraid I would score a lot of them low based on my experiences with their customer support.

    So be it Fester

Not asking you to polish a turd...if it stinks it stinks

Mind you, support is only one aspect of the overall offering (albeit a pretty important one if needed)

Well the games and dealers come with the platforms.

So individual casino experience is more weighted in my mind on support and promotions.

Playtech dealers are quick to offload, telling players to contact their customer support with problems.

    But when you do...

I have had some absolute bullsh*t answers,

eg. most recently I've had NO regular generic blackjack tables at Winner Casino for almost 2 weeks. The first time I contacted them about the problem they told me that NO Playtech tables were available (despite it obviously not being the case at other casino), and said I was

"welcome to try my luck another time"
    useless!

True...but you can only access them via the casino and they're still an important part of the casino's offering

eg 2 casinos with similar support/promos...
    Casino A uses a good platform...Casino B an average one -> I'd rather play Casino A.
Or both same platform, Casino A offers BJ (many tables), baccarat, poker, roulette. Casino B (Winner ) roulette only -> rather play Casino A

Haven't played at Winner...doesn't sound like I should go out of my way!
(which is why honest reviews are so helpful )

I've made this thread a sticky.

Hopefully more players will read and rate the casinos in time.

    Hi stag,

If a new reliable casino WITH live dealer casino games is really what you are looking for. Welcome, you’ve reached a good starting point to begin reading some of the info/posts in the forums.

(On the other hand if you are tempted to return and insert a link to some whatever site, don’t.)

If push came to shove, even though it’s not my most frequented casino, Leo Vegas has plenty to offer with multiple platform provider tables to choose from (barring Playtech games & if you’ve survived this long without them, no good reason to start now).

You probably gave them too small a deposit for them to treat you well I was just making an assumption.
