I've had a go at Grosvenor in the past about their non-withdrawable bonus.
Had a another dig at their currently running April live casino tourney

My issue is their bonus. What you win is a Freebet Bonus which is defined in the t's and c's as follows:

The Freebet cash bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus. The accreditation of the bonuses will take place within one week following the end of the promotional period. Bonuses will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus. Grosvenor Casinos will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to delay or postpone the accreditation.
There is no mention anywhere of times wager terms. No mention if and when (if ever) the bonus may be cashed out.

There is a clause that says:
This promotion is subject to the standard grosvenorcasinos.com Terms and Conditions
but the link to standard t's ans c's brings up an error page.

Anyway, I emailed support just to check....

Me....
I have a query regarding your April live casino tournament

I understand from terms and conditions that the Freebet Bonus is non-withdrawable

Does this mean any a amounts won while betting the Freebet Bonus are also non-withdrawable?
Omar (Grosvenor support...)
Thank you for your email dated 09/04/14 03:36:45 o'clock BST regarding our Live Casino Tournament.

Please note any bonus funds we provide are subject to a 1 X Wagering Requirement unless otherwise stated by us.

I hope that this explanation has assisted you and should you have any other queries then please, do not hesitate to get in touch.

Yours sincerely,
Omar
Impressed with quick response. Dubious about correctness of answer (would be the first time casino support has been completely wrong!)

Me...
Thanks for reply

The terms do state otherwise...that it is non-withdrawable. No wagers terms stated

What does this mean?

Thanks
Omar...
Non withdrawable means you are not able to withdraw the funds as they are bonus funds. Once you wager the funds once they become real money funds and you will be able to withdraw them.

I hope that this explanation has assisted you and should you have any other queries then please, do not hesitate to get in touch.

Yours sincerely,

Omar
And that's where our communication ended.

On my reading of these terms, and using the general guiding principle that online casinos rarely surprise on the upside when it comes to an ambiguity of this kind, this bonus cannot ever be withdrawn.

But I would be delighted to be proven wrong on this...so please if anyone has been able to cash out a Grosvenor's live casino bonuses...either this one or one of their other tourney's with the same 'non-withdrawable' bonus terms, please let us know.
