I don't think the awards panel (whoever) could have looked at all the genuine negative comments by players on the Playtech casinos App reviews.... when you discount the obvious self reviews by casinos and people just giving a review to gain a reward in another App etc.

As you say RNG probably also a big influence as opposed to the live games which is still lacking Casino Hold'em.
