    Winner to obtain UK license

Get ready for many announcements similar to this one from Winner, in coming months...

In light of new regulations in the UK we are delighted to announce that from September we will be obtaining a Full UK license.

As a result of this we will also be opening a new site for all our UK traffic winner.co.uk which replace the .com sites
Others will be hoping Gibraltar's High Court challenge gets over the line (wishful thinking ?)

Winner need more than just a Full UK license in my opinion.

    Not exactly my favourite casino...

After I lost access to all blackjack tables except Unlimited BJ. Then the various excuses their customer support fed me over several contacts (other tables were closed, try again later etc. LOL), & asking me to explain what I meant by the Unlimited table. Then telling me to send information direct to Playtech support which I did twice, but heard nothing back. (btw. it turned out a behind camera employee of the Euro studio was involved in the block access to tables)

Eventually I got access back to all tables, albeit that lasted a couple of weeks. At which point I couldn't be bothered to ever contact Winner again.

Their BJ tables are often empty. Which is not helped by the fact that many of their own players can't access them, especially table #2 (where the dealer doesn't see a player all 30mins).

What is it with Playtech and persistant 'issues' when trying to access dedicated tables (at bet365, betfair & Winner)?

    This is hard to understand.

I would have though rule #1 of running a successful casino, online or land based would be make it as easy as possible for players to access tables, and provide an environment that encourages them to stay there for as long as possible. Rule #2, don't forget rule #1.

It just seems commonplace at Playtech casinos ...

    1. not all dedicated tables can be accessed by the casino players

    2. customer support have no apparent knowledge of the live tables

Another example at Betfair.... see here.
