Smart Live Casino, Xpro Gaming & UK license

Seems the Smart Live Casino and XproGaming marriage is to be a short one.

XPG will be dropped from Smart Live's roster at the end of March, to comply with the new UK gambling regulations (I guess XPG are licensed by the Gambling Commission)

Another change I was only made aware of today...Smart Live no longer do the TV broadcasts of their in-house games...only web streams.

    review to be updated accordingly...

It appears there are bigger concerns with Smart Live Casino now .... licenses suspended.

The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) said that it feels parent company Smart TV Broadcasting is at present,

unsuitable to carry on licensed activities and considers it appropriate to suspend the licenses with immediate effect pending the conclusion of the review

Not surprised they're struggling. Hard to compete with the bigger live casinos out there when all you can offer is live roulette... and even that game not 24/7

Following review, Smart Live have surrendered their remote gambling licenses...

Per the UK Gambling Commission website...

Smart TV Broadcasting Limited has surrendered its 000-002715-R-103240-011 Combined Remote Operating Licence and its 002715-N-104517-010 General Betting Standard Operating Licence. The associated 033743-R-315214-005 Gambling Software Licence has also been surrendered.

We have made it clear to Smart TV that the surrender of its licences does not prevent the settling of any outstanding winning bets and the return of customer balances. Smart TV has informed us that it is taking action to process payments to customers by means of bank transfer.
Seems its lights out for Smart Live.

If you are a customer, and still have funds in your account, best make a withdrawal request asap at smartlivegaming.com
