    Presents

    Hello,

Im from germany and i have played in some online-live casinos (Playtech).
I know that the casino is placed in Riga, Latvia.
The dealers are not allowed to talk about the work and the casino very much.
So, do I have a chance....if I want to send a present to one of the dealers, that the dealer get the present.
I dont have any adress or something.
Is there a chance...and maybe somebody can tell me a adress where to send the present?

I know its impossible, but I try to get an answer here.

    Thank you

    Guten Tag superfcb!

    Welcome to the forum
You can understand the dealers being guarded about giving personal information to players - it isn't a private environment they're working in.
The easiest way to give a present to a dealer is in the form of a tip...as I understand it in most cases where tips can be given they go to the dealer you tip (ie not pooled and shared).
But if you really want to send a present, let the particular dealer know your intentions and maybe she (or he?) will let you know their Facebook contact details or some other form of 'outside casino' contact so that arrangements can be made. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask!

    cheers

    Hello LD,

thank you for your answer. I have tried it, but there is no chance. Perhaps the casino policy is changed some times, but I dont think so...Well then its the best to give a tip, you are right.
    Have a nice day.

Hello, superfcb! Well, of course, that's impossible - to give a personal present. It would be innopropriate according to Casino ethics. And I am not speaking only about this particular Casino, but all the Casinos in general. I can only suggest you to tip the Dealer you like most and be generous with compliments, every time you visit her table. Believe me - she will be thankfull for that as well. By the way, Iam glad, your exams are over and you can take a deap breath now and relax for a while.

    Hello again!
Thank you for the answer about my post from the 12-05-2010. Yes I see, that it is the best to tip the Dealer.
But now in the new year I was very disappointed as I noticed that my favorite Dealer "Luiza" is no longer working as a Live-Dealer.
The last words we have said to each other were: "Happy new year" and that was the end. Thats very sad. I think over the last four or five months, that was a good friendship and it was always nice to play and talk with her. Well but I cant change this.
Do you know something about her? But I think, although she is no longer a live-dealer there will be no possibility to have private contact with her.

But I want to say once more again "Thank you" for your answer....and if you have the possibility to meet her, please tell her many greetings from Germany from player superfcb.

    Bye, bye
