    Ladbrokes, this is annoying

    Go to login and play at Ladbrokes the other day, and receive this message...

    Sorry - We've had to freeze your account for security reasons. Please contact Customer Support for assistance and we'll help you get back up and running.
    Now Ladbrokes do have a live chat...which I always find the best way to resolve any issues. Problem is their chat isn't available until AFTER you login, which of course I can't do.

    So email support it is (not going to waste an international phone call on Laddies support).

    I submit the issue to using their online form. Here's the response...

    2 days and counting on the reply. At least they're honest about being slow and unresponsive.

    Now the the only reason I was wanting to play Ladbrokes (obviously plenty of other Ptech live options), was to check out Playtech's new Romanian studio tables. Wonder how many other Ptech live casinos will have added these tables by the time I get a response from Ladrokes support?

    You are welcome. I tried to ask the question with another user name as I feel persecuted by Unclefester LOL.

    I was assuming you don't have any money there but two weeks to solve a frozen account, that's way too long...

    Have absolutely no idea. Haven't played there for a while, and have accounts and many casinos and don't keep track of balances.
    Always a nice surprise to log back in and find you have a decent balance...if that ever happens

    ps I'm very grateful for Unclefester's persecution of multiple usernames and general spam tactics. We get a lot of this type of thing and it's every bit as annoying as slow casino support.
