GVC & Ladbrokes Coral takeover talks

CMA have given the all clear (via Reuters)...

Britain’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) cleared online gambling firm GVC Holdings Plc’s (GVC.L) acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral Group Plc (LCL.L) on Wednesday, saying the merger did not raise competition concerns

Last week GVC shares hit a new record high after upping its forecast for cost synergies (let’s use just 1 live dealer platform? ) from the acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral Group Plc,

& now GVC promoted to the UK FTSE 100.

So if it goes ahead, do we see:

• Ladbrokes new private tables, Gala & Corals new private tables closed
  ???

For a while I wondered how long it would be before Gala casino had a 'shakeup'. This has to be more likely if the deal goes ahead, with at the very least Gala's private tables closing.

The first noticeable fallout of the takeover....
