    News in from William Hill

Big chances to their live studios on the way...

Sunday 15th July. The final day of not only the World Cup, but also the last chance to play your favourite Live Casino games in our Macau studio and on our Mayfair Gold Salle Prive Roulette table.

Don’t worry you can still play Blackjack and Roulette in either of our Mayfair or Vegas studios. These closures are part of a much larger project that will bring our Live Casino offering to the next level – watch this space!

Apologies for any inconvenience, but we promise, it will be worth it.
So Macau tables to go. They were a personal favourite so hopefully the promise of bigger & better to come doesn't disappoint.

We certainly will watch this space

....some of the tables have already been closed a few days, notably the private baccarat

    Mine also.

I really hate the (encouraged) dealer cross table chat on the Vegas tables and the Mayfair styling doesn't appeal to me.

As we wait for the next level live casino changes at William Hill, it is reassuring as a website owner to be reminded that even multi-billion dollar companies have issues with their website from time to time

Immediate impression - looks better than the modern Mayfair tables, more like a updated version of the old William Hill tables and out with the gold corsets so disliked by the dealers.

Thanks for the heads up Fester

Looking at the table limits - blackjack in particular, all very low (relative to the generic tables).

Combine the new WH Blackjack tables with the still operating Vegas tables and there are now 12 tables with minimums of $/€/£ 5 or less, including 3 tables where you can bet $/€/£ 3 per hand.

I remember when private tables first started appearing, the emphasis seemed to be more on providing higher limits for the bigger players.

I guess now with so many very high limit generic tables, this is no longer needed?

Here's a little more on William Hill's new WH Blackjack and Roulette tables

Wondering if there are more tables on the way?

In answer to your question from last year LD,

Wondering if there are more tables on the way?
Besides the replacement/new Vegas private table area, a new Speed Baccarat table has made an appearance at William Hill,

    functional enough!

.....but sad compared with the heyday Macau era of 3 distinct private table areas at Hill - albeit understandable in the case of baccarat given the number of great looking generic tables now available from Evolution.
