On the Turkish blackjack table on Ezugi for ex. at 2.00 Am local time +/- 15 min. they bring ordered shoes, spread all the cards face up on the table and shuffle. They do this with the two shoes. And then they use these shoes the whole day. Is there a similar procedure on Evolution tables at opening times. If so where can I find the opening times?
