... as I've mentioned previously elsewhere, Playtech tables remain unavailable to UK players at Bwin.can both be found at Bwin
I presume it's in no small part because of the other UK facing GVC Holdings brands (Ladbrokes, Coral & Gala) already with a significant presence at Playtech (private/shared tables).
As an aside, and some background info to the whole GVC/Ladbrokes Coral takeover sequence of events leading to Playtech tables cropping up where you wouldn't expect to encounter them;
US hedge fund SpringOwl, led by investor Jason Ader is credited for the "pressure" applied to GVC with regard to the takeover of Bwin back in 2016 (after a bidding battle with rival group 888 Holdings).
More recently, in 2018 SpringOwl "quietly" acquired a $100 million (5% equity) holding in Playtech. After which, it is said to have influenced structural changes and refocusing of Playtech back on its gambling services.
