Having just forked out €120mil for Royal Panda a little over a month ago, Leo Vegas announced just before the weekend that they will be buying UK facing online casino group Intellectual Property & Software Limited.
IPS own brands including Bet UK, UK Casino, Slotboss, and 21.co.uk as well as a marketing services business called Rocket 9 Ltd, employing around 85 staff.
All will soon fall under the Leo Vegas umbrella, for the agreed price of £65 million
